Tony Smith blowin' some blues

Tony is playing an Astatic crystal mic into a 1962 Fender brown Deluxe amp. This is at Chef John's in Jupiter FL on Apr 22. Nice tone!

    Brown Deluxes make for GREAT harp amps. I played in a band with a guitar guy who collected vintage Fenders, and borrowed his brown Deluxe frequently. Absolutely killer tone, I loved it.

    But alas, like all the great vintage amps, they cost a mint to buy today!
